Unidrive SP

A favorite among engineers, the Unidrive SP can be configured in a number of control modes including Open Loop, Closed Loop, Servo, and Rotor Flux Control.  With scalable PLC Functionality and a 3-slot expandable SM option, the Unidrive SP allows for I/O expansion, additional encoder feedback options, and various fieldbus communication options.

Commander GP20

Commander SK

The Commander SK is designed to be a simple, compact, and cost effective AC Motor speed controller.
This drive incorporates a built-in ModbusRTU communication with PLC Functionality, and 2 additional slots for SM option modules.

Commander SL

The Commander SL is the simplest of all Emerson Control Techniques’ ac drives.  While best used for standalone OEM applications, this drive provides outstanding V/Hz and open loop vector performance up to 5hp, has a clear, intuitive keypad, and optional parameter copy software.

Commander SX

The Commander SX provides a compact, rugged, NEMA 4x drive with up to 10hp for applications that require a corrosion-proof, wash-down drive is needed.  This drive can be configured in closed loop vector mode by using a SM-Universal Encoder Module.

DC Drives

Fincor

Fincor DC drives provide users with simple, reliable, low-cost, digital and analog solutions.  The extensive features, including regenerative and non-regenerative configurations, put this family of drives ahead of the competition.
Key Features

  • Isolated Regulator: protects internal control circuits from the AC power source, operators, and equipment
  • External DC Signal Follower: includes isolation and impedance matching circuitry to interface an externally supplied grounded or ungrounded, isolated or non-isolated 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC or 4-20mA DC signal source, with the motor controller reference input
  • AC Line Starting: simplifies restart control wiring requirements
  • DC Tachometer: provides wider speed range, improved speed regulation with load changes and reduced sensitivity to operating conditions such as line voltage variations, ambient temperature changes, motor field heating and other operating variables.

Mentor II

Reliable, flexible, and powerful, the Mentor II provides a wide power range of fully programmable DC drives with a unified control interface.  It is available in both regenerative and non-regenerative configurations, and accepts wide range of supply voltage from 208 to 480 VAC.

Quantum III

Epsilon EP

The Epsilon EP is one of the most compact, and competitively priced digital servo drive offered by Emerson Control Techniques.  The design is so compact that it can fit into cabinets as small as six inches deep with cables attached, yet it features the same rugged quality and reliability found in the larger models.
This amplifier is offered in three models: Base drive, Indexer, and a Fully Programmable version.

EN Series

The EN series is a standalone drive that can easily be controlled with single and multi-axis controllers, PLCs and host controllers.  This drive works in  a variety of applications where a host control provides the command signal.
The EN drive is configurable for seven flexible modes of operation, and the parameters for each mode can be adjusted to tailor the drive to the specific application.

Modular Drive System (MDS)

The Modular Drive System (MDS) is a powerful, cost-efficient solution for multiple axes applications.  MDS drives utilize a unique backplane architecture that accommodates a common power module and up to eight drive modules.
FM control modules, also used in our EN series drives, can be snapped to the front of an MDS drive module to extend drive functionality to the level required by the application.
