Fluidic Muscle, Type MAS
The Fluidic Muscle, Type MAS provides powerful yet precise pneumatic linear actuation to applications that require a unique solution. 

Utilizing membrane-contraction technology, the Fluidic Muscle is composed of flexible tubing reinforced with a strong fiber mesh.  Under pressure it provides displacement by changing its physical shape. 

The construction of the Fluidic Muscle ensures up to 10 times more force than conventional actuators, while consuming almost half the energy.

Rodless Cylinders, Linear Drive Unit, Type DGO
The DGO cylinder features a specially patented design, which makes magnetically-coupled cylinders possible for industrial—grade applications.  By eliminating connection between the piston and yoke, the DGO cylinders also eliminate the need for external seals, providing a leak-proof application.

Almost as important, Festo’s DGO cylinder provides full stroke actuation within its own length, saving up to 50% space compared to conventional cylinders.

Individual Valves

Universal Valves, Type CPE

Universal Valves, Tiger 2000
The Tiger 2000 series valves feature 5/2 and 5/3-way air-piloted and solenoid-actuated valves with 1/3, ¼ or 3/8 metric ports.

These economically priced valves are available with low 2.5 watt V-Coil or standard voltage F-Coils.  Tiger 2000 valves mount easily in-line or from the front on PBS or PAL manifolds.

Fast Switching Valves, Types MH2, MH3, and MH4
This family of 3/2 direct acting solenoid valves can achieve response times as short as 2 – 3.5ms with an integrated electronic circuit for increased productivity.

Balanced poppets offer consistent switching over the pressure range of the valve, with deviations of less than 0.2ms.  This high repeatability minimizes scrap and maximizes profitability.

Compact Performance Valve Terminal, Type CPV/CPA
