Wide Range of Size Capacity
CNC tube bending equipment is utilized to bend a wide range of materials for hose-tube combination assemblies. Our tube bending capability is from 3/16” to 3” and our custom bent tube is bent to a wide variety of exacting tolerances and wall thicknesses. PDI uses an optical tube measurement system to provide real-time, non-contact tube measurement information for tube manufacturing and inspection. It connects CAD data, production control systems, bending machines and measuring systems. Optical tube measurement speeds up the production timeline through the sharing of machine compensation data and allows for easy reproduction of customer bent tube.
