PDI uses CNC bending equipment to bend a wide range of materials to meet each specific customer application and ensure specification consistency throughout production. We create custom bent tube to a wide variety of exacting tolerances and wall thicknesses.
Our tube bending capability is from 3/16″ to 3″.

Customized to Specification
The first order of business when bending tube is to determine application and product specification. Whether creating a solution together or creating based off existing tubes or CAD drawings, we make sure that tubes are bent exactly to requirements. In order to ensure accuracy, we utilize 3-D measurement capabilities.

PDI has been an industrial stocking distributor since 1946, but in 1999 we purchased our first tube bender and began manufacturing custom-bent tube. Our mission is to develop, produce, distribute and support products for industrial fluid transference and treatment. We create solutions by designing and manufacturing custom hose and tube assemblies and engineering systems for OEM and MRO applications.
